Wow...not sure I can say enough about the ridiculously terrible encounter that I experienced at your rental counter.  The woman that invited me to her station was rude, was loud, was deceiving,  and unprofessional.  As a professional sales trainer, I wish all of my students could meet her!  She is the PERFECT example of what I teach real salespeople to never be.  Don't be discouraged, I will use her tactics, her attitude, and my experience as an example for years to come!  The service I received at Alamo Car Rental Flint MI airport was terrible, and I will tell every person I meet to spread the word. If you need a car out of the Flint airport, STAY AWAY from the Alamo, National, Enterprise counter and any other brand they represent!

I won't know if everything is all right until I see the billing.  It's been a week-and-a-half, and I still don't know if there were any hidden charges.  Otherwise, everything was fine.

I experience nothing but exceptional, friendly service from Alamo.  My suburban was wonderful and plenty big for us.  Everything went very smoothly.  I especially appreciate the discount we were able to obtain.

I specifically called to make sure the renal car company would be open upon arrival at FLINT ALAMO. I was told they would stay open until the last flight arrives. Only an hour delayed, I landed in Flint, and even ran to the rental car service, to find them closed. I was forced to take an Uber, costing me almost $200, to get home in time for Christmas. Do not use this service, do not trust this company.

2nd time using the Bishop Airport location for my vacation rentals. Haven't been able to beat their deals yet so I keep going back. Even tried to Priceline a last minute deal and Alamo still won out.
