Non-existent customer care. The car I booked was switched without my OK. Found out online. Tried calling 4 times to talk with someone, after 10 minutes of the endless loop message, recording said to try again later and disconnected. 4 times! Sent 2 faxes explaining the need for a call, both faxes came back as busy. 3 & 1/2 hours trying to talk to someone.

They only got one star because I couldn't give zero. I physically went into their office and reserved a midsize car for the following morning. Told the guy that I was taking my daughter to Cedar Point. I showed up the next morning and the woman said he put me into a Ford 5-150. But they couldn't even rent it to me because I was using a debit card. I said i don't want to pay for the gas in a large truck. I wanted the midsize car. She said they didn't have one available and had nothing to offer. So disappointing and not a great start to our Halloweekends at Cedar Point. I will never go back there again.

Didn't have a car (any car) on first reservation date while approved for a full size via an insurance claim. Given a Cruze (mid size) two days later with pre-existing damage. This wouldn't have been a problem, but in combination with what happened after return it makes sense to mention it. The repairs for the car were completed on a Saturday(7/29), but there wasn't a way for me to get to Graff by their closing time of noon. After being given the opportunity to take delivery of my car Monday (7/31) I thought it would be fine and that the insurance company would understand. I get a call yesterday (8/3) that there is a remaining balance on my rental as the insurance company only approved the rental though 7/28, which I was provided a receipt/bill for upon dropping the car off ( to quote the enterpirse agent, "the insurance company still owes this on your balance") and I am given a receipt indicating 47.13 outstanding. So, I call the insurance company and explain the problem...that there wasn't any possible way that I could have been to graff by noon when I called them at 11:45 driving from fenton to davison, that I had texts from graff saying that my car would be ready 7/29. that i called 7/29 to get my car but Graff had short hours that day that complicated matters, etc. etc. The insurance company says "well, we can only approve it for the extra day since it was ready to go on 7/29." That sucks for me, but alright...I call enterprise to tell them and SOMEHOW the bill is magically the same amount that it was before after adjusting for the extra day now provided/adjusted by the insurance. Still 47.13 after you just took an additional day off of that balance, and my deposit was $50? I ask how that is possible and Enterprise now wants to see the receipt I was given when returning the car on 7/31. So, after not having a car when one was reserved, providing me with an unwashed and damaged smaller car than was reserved, providing faulty dates to the insurance company (the estimate was always 7/29), and giving me a receipt for outstanding charges they attempted to bill insurance for (which I got the insurance agent to clear an additional day of payment), I'm now being treated as though I'm lying about a receipt and told that my deposit will cover the extra charges in any event. Does this sound liek somethign you really want to deal with? P.S. Hank Graff's repairs and staff were incredible.
