The young man at the Enterprise counter was very polite and professional. He offered me my choice of vehicles (all at the same price). I left on an early morning flight and dropped my keys in the drop box. The entire experience was fast and easy.

Great Experience.. The Customer Service is amazing ..I've rented several times and there have been professional, accurate , and very courtesy .. The Branch Manager and also her Staff!!! 

I'd have to say the Enterprise at the Fort Smith Arkansas Airport gets 10 stars !!!!! They are sooooo Great the staff is exceptionally courtesy and very friendly ... I became a member and rented vehicles on the weekends and may have extended during the week .. I must say when everyone would say don't go there they are very racist and fake I didn't believe that at all that's what you call HATERS!!! I never got that experience not once from Ashley the branch manager or any of the staff James,  Marvin etc .. They all where exceptionally over the top with the best customer service I've ever received .. I have to give them credit when it's due .. They never treated me differently because if the color of my skin or got personal in my life  when I rented from them .. They always kept it professsional and I wouldn't listen to all the negative things ppl said about this particular car rental facility .. I just wanted to tell them to keep up the good work don't let the haters get you down ... I didn't believe what ppl said about them and went ahead and did business there and never once did I get treated with any sort of racism nor did they get personal with me .. so just shake them haters off Ashley you are a great branch manager and your staff oh I'm just astonished how professional you all have been .. Even when there are no cars available they always go the extra mile to try to help ... They should get more vehicles down there to help those guys out when they have holidays and all the cars are reserved for corporate .. They deserve the business and more cars for the ones that aren't corporate affiliated will still be able to rent and not have to be sent to other car rental sites around the holidays ... it gets so busy for them .. please allow them to have that on the reservation site that's there's not any availability instead of letting you make a reservation and really they don't have cars .. It should be something that props you to not be able to reserve if there are no cars and they have to have them sent down from northwest Arkansas .. I just wanted to let the branch manager Ashley and her staff know  how much I appreciate them for not being Racist like everyone says about them .. you can't always believe what you hear two sides to every story and when I started rented from them not once did they ever treat me like they were racist or being personal .. so I don't know why ppl say that about them .. it really upset me cause we have so many haters around here and they have never been nothing but NICE and FRIENDLY and Also sooooo accurate .. shout out to the branch manager and team at enterprise at the Fort Smith Arkansas airport .. don't let them hate on you hold your heads up  high and continue to have the Great Customer Service that you have .. Checking in was a stress free event.  Some confusion and less helpful staff when checking back in. I wish I could clone the folks who were there the first day and send them to all your sites.  Still have not received my receipt as promised.

Have used this location multiple times over the last few years and have always had a great experience. . . 

My most recent experience was EXCEPTIONAL. . . Was in Ft. Smith for my wedding 3 weeks ago and John at the rental counter went out of his way to make the weekend extra special with an amazing complimentary upgrade from a Nissan Versa to a fully loaded 2014 Dodge Durango.

Could not have been more pleased with the experience!!!
