Great experience!  This is my 3rd rental from Hertz through the Creek View location and they have always been friendly and prompt even though they have been very busy at times.  Excellent customer service!

Horrible experience with this company. They brought me a dirty car and expected me to sign off on it saying that it would be returned clean!! Then trying to drive it in the interstate, going 60mph the steering wheel was shaking. Called to see if they could swap vehicles and they said they would deliver one to me. Yeah right. 4 hours later and the vehicle has been retuned. Worst customer service too! Saying they dropped the vehicle off on Saturday and he said they told him it had been cleaned. Anyone looking at the inside of it would know better. Currently waiting on enterprise to pick me up.

Just called to price the best deal on rentals. The guy put me on hold without ever speaking to me and then hung up on me after 5 minutes. Taking my business to Enterprise.

If I could give negative stars I would so do it.  This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a car rental company.  The car was dropped off for me at the body shop so no one around to do a walk around when I received the car.  I kept it for 2 days, dropped it off at the body shop. Again no one to inspect it at that time.  About an hour later my card is charged for $300 for detailing.  According to the rep at Hertz the car "smelled" of smoke and had ash.  There was no one smoking in the car while I had it so Im not real sure where their evidence came from.

The service I received was wonderful. The employees were kind. The vehicle was clean and when we did the walk around he wrote down everything I said was wrong with it.(which was just a couple of dings). I will definitely be using them again.
