Extremely easy pickup and drop off. I left a nice pair of sunglasses in the car. Rhonda hunted them down and was able to return them even though there was a couple days between me returning the car and realizing my glasses were missing. They took my info on the initial call and followed through! Excellent service.

Absolutely awful customer service at this location! I had a very minor issue with my rental and instead of solving the issue, the manager at this location proceeded to contact my employer and inforn them that I was being ubprofessional. I'm a President Circle member and ONLY rent from Hertz whenever I travel. On this particular occasion,  I needed a vehicle with GPS since I was not familiar with the area and had already gotten lost several times that week. I must have spoken with just about every employee at this location pleading to be placed in a different vehicle and was repeatedly told that there was "no vehicles available." I contacted the Hertz customer service line but was told that since this location is a licensee location and not a corporate one, there was notthing they could do about my issue. Moral of the story is that this location does not cater to or care at all about their customers at all and will use any excuse in the book to justify their actions. All I needed was a clean vehicle and a GPS and I had to fight tooth and nail for it. Also, I caught one of their employees attempting to steal some of my property from my vehicle while i was in on the phone with thier Regional Manager who was finally able to assist me several days after I initially rented the vehicle. After this negative encounter, I will no longer be renting from Hertz ever again.

I want to give this crew a 10 Stars !!!   My wallet was stolen on a previous airport.  when I landed in Arkansas I did not have a license to retrieve my rental car.  The team was not only patient with me but assisted me by going online and helping me get a temporary license printed out.     Now that is some awesome customer service.   Thank you ! Thank you !

This was the most disappointing  experience. When I asked the lady on the front desk about my total charges for the day, She gave me a different price than the actual one! And when I called the customer service, they were like "what do you want"
