I've become a frequent car-renter from Enterprise. I'm racking up points quick, and I totally recommend joining the rewards program if you rent more than once a year. Time flies by and next thing you know, you get to drive home for Christmas in a nice rental for free! The customer service at my local Fayetteville Enterprise is always fantastic. Super nice folks. Any questions I have during my rental, I know will be answered promptly and kindly by the staff in one quick phone call. Also, always get the insurance. We're all "great drivers" until that deer finally gets ya...

I have never had a bad experience at Enterprise! 

Legitimately my only complaint, which I have voiced to them, is that I wish there was a way to automate requesting a pickup so I didn't have to tie up their phone lines! 

Their small team works their tails off! Granted, I rent frequently with them so I get to know them a little better than the average person, but even newcomers that walk right in are treated expeditiously and courteously!

Ease of use can't be beat. Great resource for college students! Their rules on debit cards are funky (and imo outdated, however, that's a corporate decision), but easily doable! Also, join the Plus program! Your first rental will get you points!

The associate Amy is very rude every time we call there. A lot of my clients use this company, but I am recommending now that they do not. Customer service is key in every industry.

The car was outstanding. The service was outstanding. But the GPS device I used tried to drive me insane. It kept trying to get my off the highways for side streets. "turn right at the next block." When I didn't, "Turn left at the next block." I think it was trying to take me along scenic back roads that led to dead ends. Overall, it got me where I needed to go, but only because I stayed on the highways.

Besides a VERY ROUGH Entrance to their parking lot, a nice place with sweet staff, good cars and fair prices. No problem with my insurance company paying for the rental either! I recommend.
