My first and last time renting a car especially at this location. They have an amazing selection of cars... probably the best in town. The other staff may be really professional but I didn't have the best experience with the worker I had. Just leaving a review for first time renters like myself. I'm considering buying a new car this year so I rented the car I wanted... to test drive for a while. (The more money you have/spend the better you'll be treated by the way) If they call themselves "upgrading you" or "doing you a favor" politely decline because they'll think they can talk to you any kind of way.  I wasn't able to get anyone to pick me up from that side of town so I called the branch a day or two before and asked if it's okay to drop the car off at a branch closer to me. (Enterprise only commute if you stay within the area, I stay near blythewood from the Harbison side) I was advised that it was okay whichever was better for me and the guy I spoke to even changed my drop off location to Two Notch. Well boy was that a mistake on my end. When I called the branch to ask questions pertaining to my refund I was greeted with an attitude on why I returned the car to that location.(Hey I figured that someone from the Harbison branch would just come pick it up and take it back since I was told its okay) Sooo yeah my first and last time renting a car. On another note go check out Arnez at the Polo road/Two Notch location. He was professional and know his stuff.

This is by far my favorite Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Columbia. They always have a nice selection of comfortable SUVs and I rent cars from them every week. Staff is great. Cars are clean.

I am in to rent a car 2-3 times a week and this is the best branch I have ever worked with. They are kind and are willing to help in any way they can. I would HIGHLY recommend this branch.
