Terrible terrible experience here. I was not supposed to be charged for my rental, but my "card on file" was. Spoke with the branch manager to get a refund. He assured me it would be there within 24 hours. It Wasn't in my account days later. Had to call back and push for my money to be refunded. Requested a call back from the branch manager to speak with him as to why my refund was not handled like he assured me it would be. That was 4 days ago. Haven't heard a peep. Thankfully I have my money back on my card. Rented beware! I do not recommend this place at all!!

I made my reservation a week in advance. When I got there they informed me that I had to take another car across town to get the pick up truck I had reserved. I then proceeded to wait 45 minutes so I could drive another 20 to the other location and then waited another 20 minutes at the second location filling out paperwork. No explanations, no apology, nothing.  As if I worked there or something. I'm disgusted with the way I was treated. I missed an important meeting with a customer and consequently lost out on quite a bit of money. Thanks for making me look unprofessional!

I have used Enterprise exclusively for several years, both in Lexington and in Milton, FL where I lived before, and have always had good service and wonderful treatment. The most recent rental was supposed to be for a luxury car for me to take on vacation to Florida (only because it was on the website for cheaper than a full for some reason.) When I arrived, the "luxury" car ended up being a Chevrolet Impala, which is not exactly luxurious. But they tried to make it right with me and lowered my rate, and I was okay with that. Then on the way home, I realized that the Impala did not have heated seats, and with serious lower back problems that is a must have for long trips. I called them back and they very graciously switched it out for a Maxima which has them. No up charge or anything. Hated to be "that guy" but they were very nice about it. Only issue I have is why there was no luxury car there in the first place, but I know they cannot always control that locally. Will certainly continue using them.

Reserved a compact car 48hrs in advance. Upon arrival was told they only had a van which is too big for me. Took an hour but they did find me a smaller car. Very inconvenient. Sales person however was exceptional trying to meet my needs. They just need to have a better selection in stock

I have not had time to communicate.  My husband has been  in hospital
for days.
