First time dropping my car off for scheduled maintenance. Dropped car off with Drew Lifrage. Wow!!! Can I just say I was impressed!!! From the moment I walked in, to the greetings, the service I received from Drew, to the waiting room...a cafe and a movie room for the kids...all around impressive! Also a big shout out to Carl the shuttle driver...what a pleasant man to have drive you to and fro! He was equally as great! Happy Toyota customer! Thank you Jim Hudson!

Nick Simonson was the sales rep who assisted me with my purchase. Nick is very knowledgeable about the Toyota brand and choices to offer. I told him everything that I was looking for in a vehicle and he found the right one for me. I am thankful for that.

 Rob in the finance department did a great job of helping me to get everything lined up. I am very pleased with my purchase and the overall experience.  I would recommend friends and family to Jim Hudson Toyota.

My experience at Jim Hudson Toyota was astounding.  Everyone, from the salesman, Tim Clayton, to the Finance Officer, Jim Asher, made purchasing my new Highlander as easy as could be.  There was no pressure and the patience showed was greatly appreciated.  Let me not forget the Sales Manager, Chuck Gainey, who was willing to make the deal a success.  Also, since purchasing my new SUV, Tim has called to be sure that I am truly satisfied with my new purchase and told me to call him at anytime if I have any concerns or questions.  If you are looking for a new Toyota, give Jim Hudson a try.

Sales Associate Doug Morrison went out of his way to help us with a sticky situation. Additionally, the Jim Hudson support staff was extremely helpful with the end result being more than satisfactory. We could not have had a better experience - Doug and the staff not only understood the situation, but provided alternate solutions one of which was outstanding. Jim Hudson Toyota is a terrific dealership.

Very nice people to work with but the wait for financing should be quicker. We worked on the deal for a week and it was supposed to only take 20 minutes to complete the paperwork. It was long enough that we left to go have dinner and then come back. 

One of the managers did use foul language in the area around where customers were seated. I did complain and spoke to the store manager who said it had happened before and he would take care of it. 

But over all our sales person was super nice.
