They helped us so much when we were heading on vacation and stranded needing a car quick at 5:00 in the evening. They were all so kind and very helpful to us! I recommend them to anyone!!

I would also go negative on the stars if possible.  Guy hits my wife, has State Farm insurance, which only deals with Hertz.  Initially they did not even have a vehicle for me to rent at the location after the reservation was made.  They ended up giving me an upsize vehicle, that was filthy.  I did not sign or need any additional insurance, and ended up getting charged for that which I am still arguing with them about, after Allison the manager stated she was wrong, and would take care of that.(474.00 dollars)  I have copies of all the E-mails, receipts, and paper work etc., plus the manager saying she was wrong in front of her employees and still can't get my money back.  DON'T do business with Hertz!

Friendly group of people who take time to help you. You have to take your time getting to know them and be willing to work with them. The relationships you build are one of a kind.
