Really not happy with this location right now. My insurance sent paperwork over to them Thursday/Friday for me to get my rental while my car gets fixed. Called them today and they said they didn't have any compact cars available and that I could get a larger car but would have to pay out of pocket. I said, no I can't afford that right now and that I didn't understand why they would charge me extra when they should of had a car for me waiting. I talked to the manager there who when he got on the phone apparently didn't know what was going on so I had to explain everything to him. He proceeded to tell me that my insurance only covered $20 a day and I would have to pay some out of pocket anyways, which my insurance said I wouldn't have to pay anything unless I got a larger car, and then he told me they tried calling Thursday or Friday, which was a lie because my phone records don't show their number and if they did why wouldn't they leave a voicemail? My mother has the SAME insurance with the SAME policy and never paid a penny out of pocket. anyways, the guy said the earliest they could get a compact for me would maybe be Monday. I work and get off after they are closed, I just started at this job and can't come and go as I please. So the manager said he would look and give me a call back if he could find something or not. That was a lie, because I'm sitting here and it's passed their closing time and never tried to call. This is rude and disrespectful. I've used Enterprise before the one in Phoenix on Camelback and they were good, honest and did everything they could to help me before, this location not so much. Now I am stuck without a car when I had important things to do today.

Decent guys at counter. Helpful. Did the online rental agreement and it went smoother. I didn't want to purchase any insurance but somehow was charged the 'basic' plan. My online agreement showed i elected it but tried specifically to not, so not sure what happen with that. Not the fault of the crew there. gas station accross the street to fill up. Will use again.

This location is beyond horrible. I've been renting with enterprise for years now. I'm even an rewards member. But this past weekend makes me not want to rent with enterprise again. The car was not a decent rental at all. The previous damages on the outside and the interior was like they have a specific car to give to a specific race. The rental was not clean and looked like they just gave it too me right after someone just dropped it off. The door you have to pretty much slam it so it will shut. Overall not happy with my rental, I couldn't see the car really until the morning. So I still decide to go on my trip regardless of the rental. The day I have to bring my rental back, I noticed that I'll be an hour late due to the time difference in California. Totally did not think of that, so I called the store and asked them if they have a drop off over night and would I be charged. I don't remember the guys name, but he specifically said drop it over night well still charge you for the next day and won't be able to check it in till 7 AM. I told him that was okay because I have to be to work at 7am so I'll drop it off over night. So I get there and look the gates are locked. Both of them. No over night drop off nowhere in site. So now I'm pissed, I don't wanna just leave the rental when I'm liable but I also don't wanna be late for work. So I picked my battles and decided to drop it off at 7 am (what the guy told me). I get there at 7:12 and it's not open STILL. I'm at the window looking in and a guy just staring at me saying we don't open till 730. My eyes went big. I'm really upset at this point. All I want to do is drop the rental off and go and the guy was like oh I can take the keys but we don't have an over night drop off at this location. Really sir?? Are you sure?? Not what your staff told me. So I decided i will give the manager a call on my experience at this location. I called and Chris answered the phone, I asked if I could speak to the manager and he's like ummm sure anything I can help you with. I told him no and that I only want to speak to a manager. He then transfers me to someone and I hear the recorded message then 10 seconds later someone pick up and not say anything. Then they hung up. I called back and they did it again. I then called a 3rd time and was like please just have him come to the phone cause apparently his phone isn't working. So Chris says oh I'm a manager. Really sir? If you were a manager from the beginning why you didn't take my call. So then he ask what can i do. I proceed to tell him my concerns and my experience with the rental and he then asks, what do you want me to do to make you happy. Honestly just do better. That was horrible and I'm not happy as your customer. He then says let me ask the staff that you talked to yesterday to see if they said that to you about the drop off and time we open. Remember I never told him who I spoke too, plus I didn't remember his name. So I have no idea who he asked. It takes him all of 5 seconds and gets back on the phone and says yes my staff said he didn't tell you that. I'm now shocked. Are you calling me a liar?? Really?? Now I'm pissed beyond words. He keeps repeating it over and over. And now I'm like sir I can't talk to you can i have the General managers number and he's like I don't have that. Are you sure sir??? Everyone has contact information for there GM. Now I'm really pissed then he's like there's nothing I can do, so bye. And proceed to hang up. I'm more pissed than before. I can't believe he hung up on me. I will never rent at this location and probably won't rent from enterprise again! You guys need to do better and have better training. That is not acceptable!!!
