The customer service was great! There was a certain specification we needed for our rented vehicle and they spent all day finding us the vehicle we needed! They didn’t try to up sell us in anything when we picked up the vehicle! I’ll rent from this location from now on!

Rented a car here due to our vehicle being in the body shop for a while. The vehicle we received was very uncomfortable. So we took it back and explained the situation to Paige. She handled it so professional without any hesitation. She went above and beyond , no questions asked, no hassle. She absolutely satisfied our needs.She not only heard us, she listened to us. The new vehicle was amazing and so comfortable!  Paige we want to thank you so much!! You are what customer service is all about. Very hard to find these days. Great job Paige! MDB

Staff was helpful in answering all questions about unique features of the rental car. They were courteous and efficient, expedited the rental in short time period.

I rented 2 cars in 2 weeks, first time was great, in & out, received a great car, nice & clean with great gas mileage.  The 2nd time, the service was fine but the car was dirty inside & out, had no cruise control when I specifically told them I was driving over +400miles each way, so they did not listen to me, which is KEY.  Its a 50/50 review.  I will continue to rent with Enterprise but I will also know to be absolute in making sure I get what I need.
