So the employees are nice enough, but they don’t know how to work their printer. Kind of an essential part of printing up paperwork when you’re renting a vehicle. I’ve been here for 30 minutes, waiting for a printer to print. I was here yesterday morning and it didn’t work then either. What??!  Then suddenly another printer worked from a different program for a customer who came in 15 minutes after me. So he’s gone and I’m still waiting, and my husband is waiting at home with the kids and can’t go to work. 

Now she’s calling the help desk. 30 minutes later of me waiting. GO TO A DIFFERENT HERTZ.

I was very impressed with this office! Elaine was very friendly and efficient, and made the whole process very quick and easy for me! She arranged for me to be picked up where my car was being repaired, made sure I had a nice car to rent, and then provided transportation back to the car repair place when my own car was ready to go. I would highly recommend this Hertz rental car office to everyone.

Very small and at times they get a little backed up.  But, the staff is great. Always pleasant and always go out of their way to accommodate. 
I could pick my cars up from many locations but I always choose this one.
The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that it dies get crowded and  causes it to be a little slow.

Marie is always a pleasure to deal with. She is fast, efficient, personal and professional. I look forward to seeing her on my twice yearly trips to Gilbert.

The cars have always been clean and ready to go.

Thank you Marie and the whole Gilbert team for continuing to make my journeys enjoyable.

First time using Hertz as we had a bad experience with another company and it has been by far the best experience I have ever had with a rental company. Booking my reservation was a breeze online, I received Alaska Airline miles, and had no issues at drop off. We will definitely be using Hertz again for our rental car needs. Thank you so much for making traveling stress free!
