Renting from Enterprise is always a positive experience and my recent rental from the office at the Montgomery Regional Airport was no exception.  The agents were professional, friendly and courteous.  The manage - Jonathan Almond, was excellent.   I didn't get 5 stars only because the front inside window was overlooked in maintenance and cleaning.  It really needed to be cleaned.

Picked up car at airport, requested my Enterprise customer # be added to rental since I forgot to do so at the time I rented the car. The associate informed me she didn't have the ability to do so. If this is true, it's a practice I recommend changing in order to improve the customer experience.

While escaping hurricane Irma, my car broke down and was not salvageable. Frantic, I called this location at 530 asking if they could pick me up 0.7 miles down the road. They took all my information and promised a pickup. 630pm, I called to find out no one was on the way. Customer service told me I should have known no one would be picking my stranded family up an hour before they closed. They refuse to take responsibility. Everything in this little town closes at 6. I did not call any other company that could have saved me because the branch specifically told me that a mini van was on the way. Thanks for leaving  an evacuating family stranded, enterprise! I went to hertz and they helped me right away.

I love Enterprise, however I cannot give a perfect review this time.  This time, i got pulled over because the registration on the car had the wrong color recorded.  The experience just made me uneasy.  I knew that I hadn't violated any traffic laws, yet this officer pursued me for nearly six miles. At some point he even pulled over to get behind me again after passing me.   A black woman in GA being pulled over by a white male,  in a most peculiar way.  Needless to say I was terrified.  Also the car I rented was sooo light weight it pushed me all over the road.  Other than that, I have never had any problems with Enterprise staff or their vehicles.
