Unfortunately, at the end of my rental, the experience was very poor. The customer service was slow, rude, and unprofessional. This of course, is probably due to the fact that the Cobb’s Ford Rd. location is poorly staffed. There is only one person working there at any given time. Any conversation with the Montgomery office, by phone, was good. However, the person at the Cobb’s Ford location made the mistake of making a negative comment when family members of the customer were in hearing distance. Also, this comment was made in front of another customer. Very very poor customer service.

This the worst rental place that I have visited. I was there to pick up a car. When I approached the counter I was greeted with "Hello, Did you wreck you rental this weekend?" I thought that was very rude. A simple "How may I help you?" would suffice.

No problems at all. Prompt polite service total explination of contract and the "little" details. Even when I had an emergency situation pop up I called to extend the rental by a day. Not one single issue was professional and courteous making sure everything was ok.

Excellent service!  Needed an emergency rental after the office had closed.  The site manager opened back up to help me out with a car.
