Jordan Stevenson, one of the branch managers, was so wonderful when my father and I had crashed. We were actuallyin Prattville, but every branch we called kept telling me basically 'tough luck its spring break.  We have 100 reservations' finally i called Wetumpka and altough she was unable to pick me up, she told me she would have a vehicle for me by 3pm and she called me a little after 2 confirming she had it. Without her taking the time to check what she could do to help i would have been stuck with all the enterprises in Montgomery as well as the one in Prattville.  Everyone else sspent their time convincing me why it wouldn't happen instead of even checking the computer. Jordan took the time and remained with a positive as she checked to she what she could do. Thank you Jordan!

Not thrilled with the Jeep Compass we got, but customer service was good. No real complaints and would go back.
