best place to go if you have been in your first accident and not knowledgeable on how to rent a car etc. u need your power bill , internet bill or one of the two bills and a pay stub drivers license if u have these then your experience will be wonderful and quick I was in and out in no time with a fabulous new truck. they work quick in a busy environment everyone needs a raise. be advised that the air port enterprise and the enterprise on the streets  have 2 different systems they go off of ; if u don't have a credit card do not go to the ones at the airport

Got a great car but was charged for Insurance, etc and wasn't told about the protection plan vs using my insurance. Kenneth, Manager at this location, was helpful as usual and reimbursed the $145 from the protection plan. Thanks again, Kenneth!

This place is always busy, but they've never let us down.  I feel like their prices are too high.  And the $200 hold is just too much.

Very Great Customer Service 
The only issue the reason I didn't give them 5 stars was, I made reservations and my reservation wasn't honered upon picking up my vehicle. Wrong vehicle and no vehicle ready. I spent an hour waiting on a vehicle.
