I travel frequently and have used this company on numerous occasions for business and personal trips.  As with most of my experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I ran into issues when renting from this location.  Not only was I HIGHLY misinformed of their policies, but also my vehicle was locked in their gate overnight, preventing me from dropping their rental off, picking up my vehicle, and getting back home.  I made the reservation online.  I even called to confirm the reservation.  No one told me that this location does not accept after hour drop offs.  So, I GOT CHARGED AN EXTRA NIGHT plus I had to pay for the gas and miss an extra day of work to drive 2 hours to take this car back to Montgomery during this location's open hours.  Talk about an inconvenience and complete waste of money.  I was either stuck in Montgomery overnight, or would've had to pay for a room, or drive the car all the way home to return it the next day.  I called Customer Care and either way I would've been charged the extra night.  I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service I continue to receive from this company, and I will not rent from them again in the future.  I'd rather take a bus that put up with being misinformed, treated like I don't matter, being told "it's our policy" after the fact, and being overcharged. Feel free to read more reviews from other locations, such as Birmingham Airport and Greenville, AL.  It's funny because it seems Enterprise Rent-A-Car has decent service in other states, but the customer service in Alabama is EXTREMELY terrible.

Called on the phone to make a reservation. Phone person told me something completely different than the person working the desk when I got there. The following day when I went to pick up. Told me something completely different. Seemed like no one knew what they were saying. Got a vehicle with a low tire. Had to go back and get it filled. Got no receipt until I asked for one. They forgot to close my deal so my deposit was more than 48 hours late. If I didn’t call I don’t know when I would’ve gotten my $200 deposit. Didn’t like the service very much.

Reservation was before 12 noon came in at 10:30am was out in in 30 mins even with it being crowded. Will be renting again next month

Great staff - takes care of travel needs in timely and friendly manner. .  When engine light came on in car rented .. Bobby switched us over asap to new car and gased up car for us.  Couldn't ask for better service.
