Tucked back off of Bestgate Rd (I didn't know they were there!)

I ended up using Enterprise because my car was hit in a parking lot and ended up in the shop for over a week. The at fault driver's insurance company offered me a rental.

 I was very pleased with how well they worked with the insurance company and the body shop that was repairing my car. I really didn't have to do much. They picked me up, gave me a nice car, and assured me I could exchange it if I wasn't satisfied. John was pleasant to work with.

Initial rental car had either a loose plug to the oil pan or the oil filter had not been tightened completely, leaving an extensive oil spots on my driveway.  Emily, from the office, assured me whoever came with a replacement car would bring materials to clean the driveway.  John arrived with a replacement car, but without materials for cleaning my driveway.  I did that myself.  Next, the initial rental was rented with a quarter tank of gas, but returned with a three quarters tank of gas.  John explain to me the replacement car had a full tank of gas, but he did not tell me this car was under the same contract as the first car!  The replacement car was returned with a full tank of gas when I could have returned it with only a quarter tank.

Called for a pickup at the Annapolis Audi dealership and was told they wouldn’t pick me up because the dealership was serviced by another Enterprise in the area. I chose this Enterprise because my car was sent from the dealership to the Collision center that was a couple of miles away. So we had to have the dealership drive us the two miles to the collision center and then call for a pickup. I made a reservation ahead of time and told the representative I had a two to three hour drive home depending on traffic and he gave me a vehicle with just a tad over a 1/4 tank of fuel. So in the pouring rain, in an area I’m not familiar with, I had to find a gas station and fill it up before getting on the highway. The inside of this building smells of cat urine so bad my wife and I thought we were going to be sick! He had me inspect a vehicle in the pouring rain, with only his cell phone light, in near complete darkness...no overhang or garage. The vehicle had over 40k miles on it and the brakes and tires were horrible! Never felt safe and ended up only driving It a few times during the 6 days I was stuck with it! Horrible service, office needs cleaned and vehicles need to be serviced. I do not recommend this faciltiy!
