First time renting from here and staff were great. Rare to find customer service this good, especially in car rentals. Super friendly and efficient staff.

The staff at this location was great, but I had some issues with billing. I booked online and was quoted ~$123. When I arrived to pick up the car, the Agent told me the system was now saying it would only be ~$109. Some savings is always appreciated so I left happy. Fast forward to when I returned the car and received the final invoice (via email) and I was charged the $123. I have an updated quote saying $109, but I was still charged the higher amount. I responded to the email I received from Enterprise with the higher amount, but I have not heard anything back. Just to be clear, I think this is an issue with the Enterprise billing system, not this specific location.

They dropped me off for free after a 1 day rental. 40 dollars after taxes and whatnot, I was very pleased with them. What more could you want? Fast in, and fast out, no headaches whatsoever.

I have rented vehicles from the Enterprise in Pasadena, MD numerous times. The service has always been courteous and fast. The rental rates, with the Costco discount, are very competitive and the refueling prices are reasonable.

I always enjoy renting through Enterprise and it is usually a great experience . Unfortunately  (again) , it appeared the previous party that rented our vehicle smoked in the car . It sort of wreaked with odor and the previous party obviously tried to mask it . I thing Enterprise needs to address this issue as does the hotel industry.
