The car was great.  Customer service fabulous.  Then the cost surfaced on my credit card.  I had reserved a car for ~$53 plus some taxes.  I paid >$93 for the car.  When picking up the car, I was told which aisle to select the car from...evidently, I ‘picked’ the next higher tier...even though I checked not once, but TWICE to ensure I was in the correct aisle.  NOT happy.  NOT the way to treat an Emerald Club member...nor anyone else, for that matter.

Services and staff are consistently good. I have been to this location more than 10 times. I have been satisfied with the availability and quality of car choices. I haven't had any significant issues to review.

I always have a great experience with National car rental but this trip they did something extra.  They had an ice scraper in the rental car that I used.  I ended up needing it after the ice storm and I cannot imagine what an ordeal it would have been to get the windows scraped using a credit card or something that morning.  Thank you!!!

Arrived on a Monday in December around 5pm. The selection in the Emerald Aisle was just okay. They had multiple minivans, a few Toyota Corollas and two small SUVs. The ease of the checkout was great. But I thought the selection on the Emerald Aisle was a little weak. At the other airports the Emerald Aisle seemed to have more or a selection to choose from.

Executive car in winter conditions with wrong windshield fluid (it froze, so it was filled with water). The wipers were old, not clearing the view, needing replacement. They provided a hazardous vehicle. 

Imagine what they provide the more economical rate class.
