They need to make sure to service their vehicles before they are given out to customers. I hav had to switch out two vehicles within a 2 day grace period, because the brakes were bad and grinding when you pressed in the brake, when given the second car the oil change light was on and then I realized that I was riding around on expired tags!!! The service is great and so are the employees, but now I have to go back to Enterprise again and change out yet another vehicle when I’m leaving to go out of town this morning!!!!

THEY GOT ME FOR ALMOST $500..... Be SURE TO KNOW your insurance policy..... Enterprise will not tell you that your primary insurance company COVERS your rental while you have it and will offer you their insurance... Thats where that took advantage of me because I didnt know that I was already cover and so i accepted theirs and cost me close to $500.... So Be Aware!!!

One of the most unprofessional place I have ever done business with.
Got a rental with 15$/day insurance coverage enterprise offer. My car took longer than expected for repair so i had the rental longer than expected which my insurance extended the rental coverage for me.
Within past week, I received a call from enterprise everyday about the balance (insurance they offer), and at the time I had my bank card on file with enterprise blocked due to unauthorized fraudulent charges made on my card.
Spoke with Jenny, Jan 31st, very pleasant and understanding, she called about same reason, the outstanding balance. I informed her of the card issue, and stated I would gladly pay when I return the vehicle, and Jenny stated that was ok.
Following day, Feb 1, Courtney the assistant manager calls me for the same reason, to collect and stated that my insurance coverage ends Feb 1, so I would need to return the car and pay the balance. So i asked if it was okay to call my insurance to resolve this issue first than I would call back to resolve the rest. She would not stop about the outstanding balance and would not allow me to get off the phone to call my insurance to resolve the rental. Than she threatens me about reporting the rental as missing/stolen if I don't return and pay the balance. RIDICULOUS. I didn't know enterprise treated their customers with threats. And the manager's excuse? The previous bad "apples" who stated they would pay upon returning the rental never did, so they have to treat others as if they are all bad apples. 
My car is not even out the shop yet, but i'm going to return the car first thing in the morning cause clearly the paying customer's are not respected/appreciated and is treated as if were all "bad apples" as stated by steve the branch manager.
