Their customer service was absolutely fantastic! They were very friendly and helped me with everything that I needed, making sure that I was good to go and answering any questions I had. Renting and returning was super quick and easy, I'll be renting here next time I'm in town!

Enterprise is my go-to for rental car services. Any time I need to give these legs a rest, and I have the cash to spend, it's Enterprise that I turn to. Convenient pick-ups and drop-offs. Fast service that can't be matched. In the door,  and off the lot you go.

The staff is past amazing. Customer service is great. I never had a bad experience here. This is the only rental car spot I go to.

I set up a rental here 2 weeks in advance as a replacement for auto repairs I was having done. I specifically reserved a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I went to pick up the car, I was told the Jeep I had reserved was given away an hour earlier to a walk in "corporate client" because they wanted it. I was instead given a giant GMC SUV with 3 rows of seats that felt like a minibus and told it was "an Upgrade". The car was filthy on the outside from road salt and the cloth interior was covered with white dog hair on every single seat. - The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the reps here were courteous. But giving away the car I reserved just because someone else "wanted it" and giving me a filthy car make it unlikely that I would ever rent from here again.

The staff and manager have been excellent to work with. During this difficult time for me that has been a great relief. My first vehicle I didn’t care for much had nothing to do with the actual vehicle it’s just not something I was used to and it felt weird to me so I made a call and went back in to change vehicles I asked for a large suv because I own a 7 seater Jeep .... they came through for me and have been very pleasant to work with even though I was a little picky about what I wanted I’m now very comfortable in what I have to impatiently wait to get my vehicle back from the collision center. I would recommend the Glen Burnie office to anyone in need whether personal rental or insurance related. This office goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. If anyone else has an issue all it takes is a Simple call and they will help you the best they can!
