Ms. Jackson was amazing.😁 My car was being repaired at the body shop and the service from start to finish was by far the best service I have EVER received. They were very busy
( pick up and drop off) and she greeted each and every customer, as she dealt with phones and walk-ins, with ease and grace. Two weeks later when I returned the rental she remembered us and even asked how our Superbowl party was!!! It was an absolute pleasure to do business with enterprise and I will be a lifetime customer. Thank you again for making a tough time (car trouble) more bearable.  And we even got a ride to the auto body shop where my car was, many thanks.

Very helpful and courteous staff. The car we rented had 40k miles, but drove like new. The location we used was smaller than others, but staff went out of their way to get us in a vehicle from another location.

My vehicle was involved in an accident so I needed a rental while it was being repaired. I got there 30 minutes before closing. As soon I walked in I was greeted with a smile. (usually employees give you a mean face because you go in right before closing) Long story short the insurance company gave me a daily limit so I was going to get a red compact vehicle and when I asked for a different vehicle she said I would pay out of pocket for an upgrade. I went from 0-100. My vehicle is full sized and I was not going to take anything less. I kind of took my anger out on the employee, as I was huffin and puffin she asked what kind of vehicle I liked and what color. I said anything other than red. She went inside and I got on the phone was about to call the insurance company ( I was so pissed off)  she came out after like 1 minute and said she was able to get me into a white chevy cruz, which really isn't full sized but hey that was way better than that ugly ass little red car. The whole time she remained professional and told me she understood my frustration. she was very nice and got me into something I was comfortable with. So because of her I gave a 5 star. EXCELLENT customer service, very professional and informative. She went WAY above and beyond for a bitchy customer. THANK YOU :)

Had a great experience here. Drew did a great job helping us even though we made it as difficult as possible (unintentionally) and never broke his smile. Thank you
