This location always treats me well and they always have my vehicle ready when promised.  Bridgette was particularly helpful this trip. She helped me switch out a vehicle in the middle of a nor'easter while her co-workers were ferrying vehicles. She set me up in a new vehicle while running the office on her own! Kudos!

My mom needed to rent a car for me because i am under 25 so she went in and spoke with Omar who said only one car was available which cost more a day (they had many cars in the parking lot) and sold her an insurance for 40$ a day however he did not tell her it was 40$ a day he just said it was a flat 40$ so that jacked the price up and when we went back to get rid of the insurance another employee helped us so the price went from 470$ to 270$. Which we were ok with. Then we brought the car back a day earlier than was agreed. Not only did Omar say that we still owed the 470$ but he also did not reduce any charge for bringing it back early. Only after fighting with him were we able to bring it back to the agreed apon price. Even with a receipt saying the price was 270$ i wish i could give 0 stars terrible experience never doing business with enterprise again.

The Doylestown Enterprise location has the best staff and customer service of any place I've rented from.  Bridgette is the manager and she sets the example of what it means to put the customer first.  On a recent rental, I was traveling into the Northwest corner of PA and she noticed the forecast was for snow.  She made sure to put me in a vehicle that was worthy of the forecast and she saved my bacon.  I traveled through the Allegheny National Forest where there was about four inches of snow on the roads and no cell coverage for about 40 minutes.  I confidently drove through the mountainous area with a four wheel drive vehicle that was worthy of the task.  Thank You Bridgette.  I have also been treated very well by Omar and Lee at this location.  They are professional and focus on customer service.  It all starts from the top and this location is the best!  Thanks guys.

Great experience with this Enterprise.  They were super accommodating every step of the way when I needed a rental while my car was being repaired.  Every visit was quick and friendly. Highly suggest this location.

Because Enterprise Car Rental has severed all ties to the NRA and it's millions of patriotic Americans, I am now severing all ties with Enterprise Car Rental and all of it's subsidiaries. 
I will no longer give my business to an anti-American, anti-Constitution, 
anti-Bill of Rights organization.
