Enterprise was amazing when it came to getting my rental after my accident. I was only going to get a small car that was not comparable to my full size sedan that I normally drive; and somehow they were able to work out getting me a small SUV. I work an hour away from my house and have to drive on the turnpike and I didn't feel safe in the original car that was going to be given to me, but they were able to make the magic happen. Everything was done through the insurance and i was not charged a dime, just like i was promised. I have worked with this Enterprise before and i will definitely work with them again, I recommend them for any and all your car rental needs.

Service was prompt and courteous, and Gisele called me the following day to make sure I was satisfied with the whole experience.  They did not waste my time for any reason, and this is very important to me.  When I expressed concern over fitting in the compact I had rented, they gave me an upgrade to the next size.  I didn't even have to ask.   I will return to Enterprise in Lansdale without hesitation.

I was scheduled to pick up a car at 2:00 on Saturday and I got there at 2:15 not realizing they closed at 2:00.  They welcomed me in and got me on my way quickly.  Great service!

Great people BUT this is the second car I've rented from this location that was filthy. Could hardly see out of the windshield or back window and the rear view mirror was wiped with a greasy rag I think. Right down the street is Alderfers Glass, I suggest they buy some of their glass cleaner.

They like to pick and choose who they implement "policy" on based on how someone looks. To hell with this joint. Also, the one agent needs to brush his teeth or get some tic-tacs.
