Excellent customer service and most importantly renting my car was fast and easy. I made a reservation the previous day for an economy car. There were very little up charges and they even have a free ride service you can use up to two miles from the location. I have used Hertz in the area and they made me feel scared to drive the car because they marked EVERY little scrape, ding, everything. I had a much better experience here.

The folks at Enterprise on S Broadway were so easy to work with.  I was in and out of there really fast both times I visited.  Because the entire experience is done on a portable tablet-like device, the process of checking it, paying, and looking at the vehicle was streamlined. The individual staff members were also polite, intelligent, and charming.

Terrible place. We were supposed to get a free rental as someone wrecked our car. This place tried to swindle my husband into unneeded insurance. He agreed to pay only a day of insurance to familiarize himself with the car,  and they charged is for 7 days and refused to stick to their initial agreement. So now we paid a bundle for something that should be free. Shady and unprofessional. Plan to never rent with them again.

We rented a car for just day use while visiting our daughter.  Check in was a bit slow, but other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful.  We would use again if we ever have a need while in the area.
