I rented from this location as it was on the way to my destination and the airport location didn't have what I was looking for.  The staff was very friendly and informative.  My plans were tentative and I had to return the car a day early and they walked me through the process and helped every step of the way.  I will be back to the area and I will be renting here again.  Well done.

First time renting a car and it went surprisingly smooth! The workers were extremely nice and helpful. Hertz was the only location I could find that could guarantee I would get a car with 4 wheel drive, which was number one priority for my trip. Overall I would definitely recommend this company and this location to anyone looking to rent a car in Denver!

I don't typically give reviews, however I wouldn't want anyone I know to be treated how I was here. We called ahead and made a reservation and was quoted at $35 per day. We went in at the time of our reservation and the manager Rich Bender told us we never made a reservation, basically implying we were lying. He just stood there and didn't say anything else like "but how can help you?", so we had to ask "well, can you still help us?" So he told us that we could get a car for $50 per day. He has no customer service skills, I've worked retail and I would never have treated anyone so poorly, I'm surprised Hertz doesn't implement customer service skills. We left very upset. I definitely reported to their corporate office.

When I first arrived to this location after being picked up from the body shop where my car was fixed, I could tell they were busy, but the staff was fairly friendly. One day after having the rental I realized there was no windshield whiper fluid in the car. So I put some more in. Strike one. I also had the car through two snowstorms and when I checked the back of the car, I realized they had only given me a brush, no scrapper. Strike two. The third strike came when I dropped off the rental, which I was told to do from the body shop, after the paperwork was finished the gentleman thanked me and said I could be on my way. I had no way to get to the body shop to pick up my car. I told him this and he said sorry, he was the only one there. I ended up walking to the body shop. Thankfully, it was only a few blocks away, but still not very customer service oriented. Thankfully this location is not close to my house, however if it was close  I would not use them again.

We reserved a car ahead of time for our trip. 
We also called the day before our reservation date to check in and make sure our car was ready and everything was good to go. 
We called again the next day, the morning of our trip, and we were told they had no cars and they had had no cars for the last three days. 
This was incredibly inconvenient and costly for us. 
This represents the worst, most inconsiderate, mercenary, irresponsible business practices an organization can possibly take part in. 
The only thing protecting a poorly managed operation like this is the fact that it is a giant national corporation. 
If this was a small business, these practices would leave them profitless and ruined. 
I cannot possibly encourage you to find an alternative rental company enough. 
If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not rent a car from this Hertz.
