I'm a frequent customer, and I have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and nice. The vehicles have not always been clean, but they run good, and I have always been satisfied dealing with this operation.

Be warned. If you book in advance let’s say same day, then no longer need the vehicle and cancel. They will charge $150 cancellation fee. It does not matter if the rental is $20, they will charge $150. I believe that Budget has a policy designed to take your money with no service given if you happen to change your mind. This is theft and Budget should be sued for this policy.  Now I’m thinking; the persons that schemed up this policy to rob from the customer deserve an applause, nay, a standing ovation. Breakdown, I’m 35 and let’s imagine I live to be 80. So I have 45 years left to rent cars from time to time. In that time let’s say I rent one car per year, so real easy math, that’s 45 cars. Now because of the schemed up, thieving policy created by these geniuses, they’ve exchanged 45 car rentals for the greed of robbing their customer of $150. Bravo! Wicked schemers I applaud you and if I had no life I would go after you in a class action suit. Cheerio

It was horrible. The clerk Brian was dry and had no personality. Before I made a reservation at this location I confirmed with customer service that I could use my debit card but had to have a soft credit check ran which was cool. I normally rent at the denver airport budget and they always let me use a debit card and run my credit. But at this E. Evans location the clerk Brian handed me some phone numbers and told me to run my own credit. I was shocked. I could not get a hold of anyone on those numbers so my girlfriend decided to rent the car instead. Since she was 24 yrs old & not 25 they charged us double. Price went from $230.00 to $500.00. Since I had to go see my dieing grandma out of state we paid it so we could hit the road. Will never rent from that location again. Run my own credit Really?

The guys working there were really friendly and helpful. However, the truck looked like it was lived in by a family of raccoons. And not any ordinary raccoons, raccoons that were slobs. Sticky soda, dirt and grime everywhere. It was gross. But it was in good running condition, so it did the job.
