A couple of friends and I rented a truck today with the help of Lacey Allen. Received hands down, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. First I had to call and push back my reservation time thirty minutes, no problem. Then we decided to switch trucks to one with a larger bed (because I am moving a mattress today) again she was more than inclined to help us. All while being completely friendly, professional and so helpful. We are blown away and will definitely be using this enterprise car rental again just to see Lacey! You’re awesome!

Everyone was very nice and my whole transaction went very smoothly. We rented a car to drive to Ft. Collins for the day. Vehicle was clean and new. Brought it back the same day at 5 or so. There is an evening key drop for after hours drop-off. I would highly recommend this location!

Staff at this location are very nice and during my last visit, they worked as quickly as possible with a large group of people waiting for vehicles. As required by work, I have to do a pretty thorough check of the vehicle I receive, including checking tires, washer fluid, lights, etc. The agent who was helping me check out the vehicle also helped confirm that all lights were functional, which was greatly appreciated. If I'm not renting from Enterprise Trucks, this is the location I choose.

Everyone here is so nice and friendly. They helped me navigate the process of having a rental car after a car wreck. Excellent customer service and they just really seemed like they were trying to help as much as possible.

Martina, Mike and crew were so kind to me at Enterprise. I broke my femur and totaled my car in an accident a couple days before renting a temporary replacement car from them. They were super thoughtful, warm and made the process incredibly easy. It felt like they had thought of everything before I even got there. And the car was beautiful, I wished we could've kept it longer. I would recommend renting a car from this location of Enterprise.
