I needed a car for an emergency and they managed to help me out real quick, the branch manager Daniel and everyone else were so friendly and helpful very great customer service

DO NOT RENT from this place. Paid in full for my car rental, guy grabbed my credit card out of my hand and immediately swipped it telling me hes adding a $200 deposit on top of my rental car fee. Walked out with no car rental and am currently fighting Hertz corporate for my money back. These guys are pure scam artists. The entire staff are smug, condescending, everything that is wrong with corporate America. If you loved being scammed and ridiculed, GO SEE HERTZ RENTAL on Broadway and Yale!

Terrible customer service. Poorly trained and rude staff. Gave me a damaged vehicle and promised documentation but did not provide. Called 3 times to follow up with no answer and was hung up on.
