The car rental experience with Enterprise was superb. The only thing needed to have the 5 stars is that the spouse of the renter should be included as an additional driver without the need to be present. Maybe to add a clause that indicates that if your spouse has a current driver license the spouse is authorized to drive the rental vehicle if the spouse is included in the same insurance as the renter. That way instead of 2 persons having to pick up the vehicle only 1 would be needed.

The employees try to work with you. However, I had a free upgrade and didn't receive it. It would be nice to be given a variety of cars to choose from.
