Star customer service. Sue went way above the standard to help return a forgotten item. The item was essential for our flight out of Atlanta and Sue helped to work solutions to expedite the items return. Our follow on travels would have been failure without Sue's help

I rent a car from this location and i return the car in another location. Im still waiting for someone to close my contract and refund my money  back to my card. No help at all afther i drop the car off i dont know what happen to the car, i been calling to find out where is the car no one would help me all i get is I'll call you back. I will never rent another car from Hertz. Bad customer service experience in my life.

Friendly staff!!! I've never had an issue with the Dothan Hertz.  It's small and hardly ever very busy so it's in and out in no time!

Hertz credited my debit card and received  their money on 9/02/2014. A hold was placed on my account on 8/28/2014. I am on my 18th day waiting for my money!! My bank says that it is as simple as filling out a pre authorization release form. It was done and done for the wrong amount and thereby could not be processed. A supervisor from my bank spoke with her and she would not authorize the full amount of the hold so that I could get my money! I'm still waiting!
