The staff and vehicle were superb as usual. My only issue with my rental experience is the way debit cards are handled for frequent tier members. I am a plus tier member and loyal customer since 2007. My license, and debit card information are all on my profile. Why am I still expected to complete a debit card form for renting? I think a discount on deposit would be a nice tier incentive also. Maybe even wave the deposit for Platinum tier members? Just some suggestions.

I live in Saraland, so I went for the convenience of renting here instead of going to Mobile. However, this has experience will likely discourage me from using Enterprise again.  They were open on Saturday, but when I called first thing that morning, they said I couldn't get a car until Monday, with no real explanation. I waited until Monday, and called ahead to make sure they had my reservation. When I arrived, a nice lady started my paperwork on an Ipad. After 15 minutes or so, we were done, and she then went and asked for the car to be cleaned for me. 15 minutes after that, it was ready.  Why didn't she ask for it to be cleaned when I arrived? I then discovered we had different definitions of clean. It was  rainy day, so I didn't expect much from the outside cleaning, but the inside was a mess.  The seats had an unbelievable amount of really bad stains. It is obvious that they haven't made any efforts to clean these. The pictures attached don't do it justice. The car also smelled like a smoker's car.  It actually made my daughter physically ill with headaches. Also, why are the open on Saturday if they can't rent cars? I will avoid Enterprise when possible in the future.

Horrible I was trying to get a ride home today and they was trying to do paperwork to put me and my kids out in he cold! They are not people friendly that was on dec12 2017 at 5:15 pm whoever on that crew in saraland.
