I am always very happy with the cars I rent from Alamo, the staff are very nice and well chosen, the cars are always nice and clean.

The representative was not very customer service friendly. When asking about additional add-ons and I stated I didn't need anything. She laughed while letting me know since I refused roadside assistance, I would only have fix a flat. She thought this was funny I guess. Maybe it was just funny to her. I have an upcoming rental and I hope this female will not be the one helping me. I stopped using Enterprise due to a glitch with the app and the price the representative stated was on the computer. I may end up just getting with a different company. There is competition and I had been using Enterprise for several years, I ad to change up. However, Alamo did not show much of a difference.

If you are ever in the mobile alabama area please ask for the manager kim or lateisha to be serviced they are the best! I've been renting for years and so many faces has changed along the way but I must say they will pull a rabbit out the hat for a customer if they could. Even in tough situations they will go to the moon and back to make sure you are satisfied doing as much as they have the power to do if they have too. Have a blessed day.

The Manager of this location has called me back and apologized for the poor service and helped set me up for the future. It is based in this that I am renting again with them and their sister companies.
