I use this location often, and it's always nice. I do make reservations in advance online. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was totally stressed from the beginning to the end of planning my trip.....Disney! Government St. Enterprise made things smooth and worry free.☺ Also we rented the Chevy Suburban and the Great gas mileage was unbelievable!

The staff at the government Blvd location were very nice and courteous when we needed to switch our vehicle out for a new one they were more than willing to accommodate us with what we needed ....

Never ever rent from this location the manager and employees are nonchalant about everything thing they don't try and help out or take the extra mile in outing you in a rental. They make up things as they go. Stupid contracts with dumb rates.  Cars b already not clean it's crazy at this place. You have Ben warn DONT GO THERE! Find another location and oh yes they never pick up there phone like how the other locations do and yet b the least busiest. Even the airport location will pick there phone up at anytime...smdh awful customer service to its finest.
