Every single time I need a rental car I can rely on an awesome and hassle free experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Smyrna. The customer service is top notch. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

I went because of my insurance put down 10 dollar deposit I have to CK got back so unpressional what they did end of needing car! I washed which I didn't have to do used not even half of gas entire time wanna get technical you owe me 25 dollars! Go to turn on with dad they just called my car ready I drop off parking lot full empty cars..leave within 2 two mins call dad I'd left my gps my expensive Verizon phone charger they still had to vsccum and other things to car 4 mins dad called to tell them a guy had already Rented out! Dad thought sketchy too but they'd get in touch with guy when he returns Mon! Tues dad asked had they called..had already called big wigs at Farm Bureau they'd not called I call..guy gets testy saying man standing there ..there was NO man he specific asked for THAT car as I said lot full Noone waiting for car! Was in their paperwork anything stolen my loss I asked could he call one more time he wouldn't and why didn't someone call Monday guy dropped off,.. am contacting police here in next few days fill our report I'm hoping my insurance whose called quite a bit over this matter they use Hertz here too I almost took right away because of Enterprise not renting cars or something along that line second addmendent gun control? What's the thou shall not steal employee rule? This is NOT NOT over,.my name Lynn Rusin to any Corp seeing this rating

The service has been good. I was disappoionted in receiving a truck the last time, when I had reserved a car. I understand sometimes these things happen. It turned out to be good experience.

EVERYTHING WAS QUICK AND SIMPLE TO MAKE RESERVATION, I JUST WISH THEY HAD AFTER HOURS DROP OFF FOR THE CARS.
