VThe gentleman who helped me was extremely nice and helpful with the insurance company on day of pick up. 
When car was ready for pick up, car was dirty and on a little under half a tank of gas. Okay fine no worries those are small details- not world ending. As soon as I left the lot the change oil light came on. I was informed a week later that my car would not be fixed and I would need to keep the rental for another week- called enterprise to inform them the oil change light was on and see if I could possibly switch out vehicles since I am a mom of 3 and drive a lot for work and after school activities- the guy on the phone from enterprise told me to go have the oil changed. I do not feel it should be my responsibility to take time out of my full schedule to go sit and wait for a vehicle owned by a big company.  Very unprofessional. When I expressed my concern he told me that he could not do anything for me and to call another enterprise to see if they could handle it.

I was so impressed with this place. The staff, building and cars were all GREAT! They made the process of bringing my car to the shop and getting a rental so easy. I even asked to switch the first car I got for a different one and they were happy to do that! I was more than pleased with this company, and I’ve decided I will definitely be using them in the future.
