Talk about unprofessionalism.... Had a rental with them at 8 30 am. They called and said they have nothing. No surprise they always overbook. Kept saying they will have a vehicle as soon as possible. Greatest joke ever. Wasting my day and putting a dent to my schedule. Will never use that location in my life. I switched my rental to Hertz.

Blew out a tire. Freeway service a bit slow to get there but fixed. Drove by this store and was greeted promptly. I did not have all of the paperwork but they quickly got me another car and made arrangements to allow return to a different location Fantastic service.

Called in twice to inform them that my flights were delayed due to weather. Asked if they needed my info to speed up the check in - she (same lady rep) declined from taking my info. Got to counter the manager said they have no cars available & they couldn’t reach me. I said i specifically spoke to some one at this local office. She challenged me that i had spoken to someone elsewhere. Then told me to wait to closing time at 6pm to see if they have a car. I called the same # and option and one of them picked up clearly showing that i spoke to someone local. I put the pressure on she finally gave me a truck that was sitting there all along. Very disappointing.

Wow when I really needed to take care of business out of state once my car was totaled, one of the managers in Antioch made it happen, Truly grateful!
