Fantastic experience, price and customer service.  I think the customer service was stellar, so deserving of 5 starts.  My only Teeny complaint was that there was only 1 person working and I had to wait a bit during pick up and drop off.  Totally reasonable though.  It's the ONLY think I could say that was negative.

I received a newer van which worked well as we had been thinking about the usefulness of such a vehicle.  This opportunity to use this vehicle while our car was in for service was perfect.  Staff member who picked me up from the dealership was courteous and friendly and staff at Enterprise office was also friendly and helpful.  Our 2009 Camry was purchased from an Enterprise location in Southern Wisconsin...........very satisfied with the car.  Enterprise is another location to consider when looking for a vehicle to purchase!

I have rented from your Ballwin location several times.  Each time I have had a wonderful experience.  The people are friendly and happy to help and I will continue to go to you first whenever I need to rent.
