These are extremely laid back yet very professional employees who are beyond helpful. I was 19 at the time I needed a rental and they were able to waive the age restriction for me since I was otherwise without a car. Even better - they took care of all of the insurance work. I ended up owing absolutely nothing because the person who hit me had insurance that covered my rental! It was great. I recommend this Enterprise in particular to anyone in need of a rental.

OUtstanding service.  They picked me up from my house got me in a car quickly and even called later that night to make sure that all was well.

My experience began well and the associates were friendly and helpful. I was in and out quicker than expected. This is where the pleasantness ends. I received a call from Enterprise claiming I had damaged the vehicle. I asked the associate to send me pictures and he did. He claimed I was parked next to an identical Hyundai. The weird thing was I had parked next to a dark truck and no other car at 6:30pm when I dropped it off. As frustrating as this was, it was even more frustrating that I emailed back asking again to see proof about who I parked next to and what had occurred in the parking lot. I also asked for the timeline about paying for damage. This was on March 1st. I still have not received a response. Over a month later. How professional! But do not worry, I have received paper work about my bill for the damage, and have had the claims company contact me to pay. So at this point I have paid for damage that there is no proof I have caused, and the associate stays silent in the matter. 5 fives for the original pick up, 0 stars for Sicolo the manager. I will not return to Enterprise for any other rentals.

Wish they had more variety of premium cars or even a luxury car or two to choose from.

I've rented cars from Enterprise for several years now, and never once had an issue. The employees/owners are always unfailingly polite, and concerned that my experience is the best it can be. The cars are always clean, and top notch quality, no matter if economy or something larger. The rates are very competitive. But the service is why I go. What other company will pick you up anywhere, take you to their office, fuss over you, and then when done, will deliver you back to where you came from, without an issue. These people take customer service very seriously. It's very impressive! I won't rent a car from any other company.
