Called to ask for information on a rental and the man that answered was very rude and disrespectful. I asked him if I could speak with someone else and he stated  he's the only one there. I asked him why is he speaking to me that way. He then HUNG UP ON ME. Never again will I patronize Thrifty. Dealt with many car rentals and he was the rudest person I've ever spoke with period. NO MORE THRIFTY!!!!

I have used these guys for years because they are reliable, have good rates and cars, are give excellent customer service.

They had horrible customer service. When I had questions about the paperwork they were asking me to sign the gentlemen at the desk, Christopher Ma, was rude and became aggrevated with my questions. He even went out of the way to charge more for anything they could find, because I wouldn't just sign the papers and leave.

I would rate them at a zero if it went that low. The manager of this particular establishment proceeded to insult me using words such as deadbeat and low life when an issue a rose from my private insurance  (which turned out to be an oversight by my insurance company). This was also after spending  (and paying in full) over $800. Wonderful customer skills!
