Although the staff was very friendly accommodating, we reserved a full-sized SUV for a long road trip with 5 people + luggage.  Upon arrival at the counter, no full-sized was available.  We were in a bind as we had to be at the wedding locale that evening.  We squeezed into a mid-SUV/Crossover and all ate our knees the entire way with no room to move.  The over 80 yrs folks were very, very uncomfortable and sore.

I have been renting from this office nearly every week since early July.  Justin and the rest of the associates there are great to work with and are very customer-oriented.  They recently moved to a new location where the Enterprise Car Sales exists.  Unfortunately, my second week of renting from them at the new location, I was told that I could not park my personal vehicle there over-night.  I was told by someone at the office that directive came down from Operations.   I can no longer rent there.  I leave out on Monday mornings and don't have time to wait to be picked up.   Once again, local management was great to work with at this office.   Too bad, their corporate office is not working better to accommodate customers.

I rented a full size car for a business trip and found the Enterprise experience to be very good.  I went online earlier in the day and requested a full size car.  That night I picked it up in what had to have been the easiest rental process I have ever been through.  I travel a lot and usually at an airport it can take 15-20 minutes after I have already given all my info online.  Here, it couldn't have been more then 5 minutes.  It was GREAT.  

The only issue I had was that I got caught in a rain storm and the windshield wipers were not in the best condition.  I would have liked a little more wiping and a little less smearing. 

Overall, a good experience, I will be back for future car rentals.

A Very Good experience and very professionally handled
I Especially like the extra surprise I had when they told me that they support the Military, and I received discount for my service.
