Staff and management are ALWAYS professional and courteous. I reserved an intermediate SUV for a trip to San Francisco and they did not have the right car on their lot but went out of their way to get me the best vehicle for my needs, arranging something at another location and driving me over there to get it. I always rent at Enterprise!

Negative stars for Wrongful and Accusatory service! Returned the car today and the Rep accused me of damaging the rocker-panel on the underside of the car - driver's side.  The scratches were invisible at pick-up inspection - standing normally walking around the car - so I didn't see them, and Rep Shelby didn't note them either.  Today's Rep pointed them out, saying there was no prior report of damage, so I damaged the car and she's charging my card for the damages if I don't resolve it by giving them my insurance information! Another customer walked around the car and couldn't see the damages today either.  If you bend way over or squat down you can find some scratches that were there previously!  So are the Reps getting points/bonuses for collecting damages for the company?? I will dispute the $300 charge pending on my credit card and will take my business elsewhere in the future.

The guy that helped us while we were renting, was really poor for good customer service. They can be short staffed but I didn't need to see he is not happy.
