Had a great experience. The woman who helped us was nice quick and very easy to talk to. She told us she didn't have a car for us the day before pick-up but she had made sure there was one for us when we got there.

Best Service Ever :-) I've Been to other Enterprise Rentals and Have had Bad Experiences and Service Especially Because My Business Always Has Me On The Run Renting Cars. but here at Enterprise Rental Arcadia I was Given the Best Customer Service Thankyou Karyn Garcia and Lesly For Taking Care Of Me Fast Respectful Service and Clean Cars :-)

Speedy service, wait time was about 10 minutes.  Got a free upgrade to a Ford Focus.  Car seemed clean but could have cleaned better, but that's not a big issue.  Good mileage from the Ford Focus, almost 40 MPG.  Enterprise should get more of these.  Good rates for a week's rental.
