Reviews

Longo provide me with a rental until they replace the Takara airbag in my Scion.  The staff at Enterprise on the Longo lot is very friendly and efficient.  I called ahead and when I arrived they were expecting me and immediately showed me my options. But, the first car I got leaked oil on my driveway.  They were apologetic and replaced it.  Second car I got, the low tire pressure light came on, and I had it checked at Firestone, which is contracted by Enterprise.  "Found nothing wrong." But light went off after they checked.  A month later the light came back on, so I called Enterprise.  They had me come back and again, friendly and efficient, they gave me my third vehicle.  Granted, I have gone through 3 cars, but the service (people skills) are commendable.  I am a proponent of good customer service, and from day I was impressed with these young men.  Happy, friendly, helpful - excellent service.

Make sure you photograph every inch of the car before taking the keys. Dont trust them to point out all prior dents like we did. Do your due diligence! When we returned the car to a different employee, he claimed one of the dents was "definitely not there before".

Here's the nasty part though. The person there assured us the damages would only be around $40 but insisted we deposit $500. We decided to accept their bogus claim and write it off as a lesson learned. Bad idea! We got a letter in the mail two weeks later; their department estimated the damages to be just under $500. Shocking.

The people here are either dishonest or incompetent, or both. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Very professional from start to finish. During the 6 moth period that I had the vehicles, all of my interactions with all of the agents were wonderful. 
I had to swap out the vehicles several times and every agent was very considerate of my time having things ready for a quick swap.  
No complaints!!!

I had a reservation and had to change it. Then last minute, needed to change it back. The person that helped me on the phone was very patient and helpful. When I arrived a different person helped me, and made me feel like I was the only person there. The process was so quick and smooth. Even when I dropped off the rental I was treated well. I've rented from other locations, but I will definitely be renting from this location again. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because this location does not have customer pick up or drop off.
