I came to return the car and nobody addressed me. Some one else came in after me and he was asked and offered help immediately. Why I don't know. At the end the lady who brought me home was very nice and profetional, thanks for that.

Enterprise has a real bad problem with store. My husband and I have rented from enterprise for years and have even bought cars from them. I had a truck break down and had Car Max send a tow truck pick it up. I asked them if they could get me a car rental for the day so they had enterprise pick me up. Enterprise wanted a 200 deductible and sold me a 10 dollar a insurance package which I did not need because my insurance covers car rentals. This seemed pretty standard. Car Max called and said that they would take several days to repair our truck and they would pay for the car rental. I told them I wanted to take the insurance off because I already had my own policy. Enterprise called and said I need to have the car inspected before they would remove it. I went to closer place no problems. When I went to return the car they were charging me for a whole week. I explained I was only paying for one day and Car Max was paying for the rest. They told me that Car Max never called them. So I called CarMax they told me to put the salesperson on the phone. Apparently they manger never entered it in the computer because she had the order number on her phone. When they went out to inspect the car they found a dent in the passenger door. I was asked what my insurance deductible was then told that I would have to pay 250 dollars but since I had paid a deductible and the price of the 1st day rental with insurance of a total 238.90 that they would only charge me 12 dollars more to settle the issue and send it to their recovery department. On Sunday, 6 days later I receive a call from a manager claiming I was not charged for two days of insurance and that she was charging an other 21.03 on to my account. The good new was the door only cost 70 dollars to repair. She was not sure if they were going to send a refund or if I had to call the number on the incident report because it was not her department. I asked if I could talk to some one in charge and she stated she was in charge. I never received a receipt because Car Max was paying for the rental. After I hung up I realized that the place was not open on Sunday. When I looked on the incident report the only number to call was my insurance company.  So I called them and they never received any call from Enterprise and it is not their policy to have the customer pay the deductible to a second party. I found that the manager was uniformed at best and difficult to understand due to her low modulating voice. I left feeling unsure of the ethics of what occurred. After the call I received on Sunday I was sure that this was not the standard practice of the company.

The staffs are with a lot of patience as well as high effiency when you rent or return the car. We love the process of renting a car from enterprise.

I rent from this location all the time for business. Helpful and friendly staff. Sometimes it gets a bit busy, but this location works hard to take care of you.

This is the best place to go if u don't have a credit card the deposit is kinda expensive but I understand why because they weren't getting their cars back properly the Monrovia office has great people that care about your needs Omar helped me and made my 16 year old daughter's birthday the best
