Do not rent here! I have had terrible service at this Enterprise. I reserved my car over a month in advance, and when I went to pick it up the morning of my reservation, they had no cars available. There was only one person in the shop, and he had to leave me completely alone to go to the airport to get cars. I waited over 30 minutes past my pick-up time. 

Additionally, on my return of the car, the custodian was at the front desk and told me that no one was here to take my car. So, again, I was told to wait for at least 20 minutes, or to come back before 12:00, their close time. 

I believe both instances were very unprofessional and unacceptable. I paid twice as much for this car rental than I have with other companies in the past. The reason I chose this location was it is close to my home. However, in the future, I will choose a different company, for less money, and much better service.

great service with the representatives there. but the online enterprise does not inform you that airport cars must be dropped off at other airports. the website allows you to schedule drop off at any location when infact that is not allowed. the workers are great and we were able to figure out the situation. i have used this location before and have had good experiences.

We had a reservation. But apparently they doesn't mean anything. We even confirmed it two days ago. In confirming, I realized that the reservation was not at the airport, but a few miles away. In a terribly unsafe neighborhood. Thankfully I asked the cab driver to stay, because when I went in three others ahead of us also had their reservation cancelled, so we weren't stranded. Enterprise said "sorry, but it's spring break. We can get you a car tomorrow am."   Ridiculous and terrible customer service. We finally found a car from a competitor at three times the price. Never enterprise again.

as  the stars describe my experience at Enterprise ... a five star service.Rented our first car at Enterprise 3 years ago while on vacation and have not even thought of lookin to change to another rental service ... we've rented in Margate Florida for the past 3 years .. this year will be the first in Miami Springs ... I will see you guys on the 2nd of sept .. take care .. Raoul

We have been using Enterprise for many years and have never been disappointed. This week was no exception. We can always count on clean, late model cars at reasonable rates there but for us what sets Enterprise apart  from the rest is the friendly professional service we have received at every location we have used, from Anchorage to Miami. So impressed by Enterprise that we actually bought a car from their sales division just yesterday. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!
