If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute pathetic service. The first vehicle they gave me had masking tape holding the grill with scratches all over the car. Inside, the car was trashed with food and some sort of sticky substance. This vehicle also came with only one quarter tank of gas which is uncommon with rental companies. The second vehicle they attempted to give us had a gruesome aroma that smelled like cigarettes. This vehicle too had scratches over the body. The so called "General Manager" Marco stated that the car didn't smell like cigarettes and disrespectfully told us he's going to send us back to the airport and refund us to find another company. This infuriated my parents and I. Marco refused to speak to me because I was the son of the customer and continually told me he wanted to speak to the "adults" although I am an adult. I asked for his manager or his direct supervisor's contact information or name and he refused to give it to me and threaten to call the police on me. Absolutely embarrassing, dreadful, and terrible service. Never coming here again.

We only reserved with them because their price was the lowest I could find. They didn't have a car for us... Why take a reservation if you don't have cars available? Was transferred to another car rental service who tried to screw us over... I have nothing positive to say about them. Bad experience overall.

Do not use this company. They are dishonest. I booked an unlimited miles minivan through Expedia. Their price for a week rental seemed like a great deal. But it turned out to be a total Rip Off. My flight into Miami was delayed 1 hour and it took their shuttle 45 minutes to pick us up from the car rental building. I had set a car pick up time of 6 pm but for the reasons mentioned, we arrived at their office at 8 pm. Upon arrival, I was told that since I was a Florida resident I had a 50 miles per day limit. I also needed to placed a $1,500 deposit on my credit card. I complaint to the clerk, Roberto Perez about the misleading booking, he was disrespectful and rude and told me that since I was 2 hours late, my reservation had been cancelled. We arrived to the place with three other families. All of us had the same complaint. We all return to the car rental building to use other options. This company is a total Rip Off. Stay away from U-Safe!

I have been charged for a rental and I have NEVER rented from this company. I just noticed it on my online bank statement. So, I want to know how did they acquire my Debit Card Info when this is not one of my Local rental car companies, I choose when in the Miami area. I will be disputing the charge as well as Conducting a Fraud Investigation and will prosecute whomever is involved. I HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE when it comes to FRAUD. I am a victim of Identity Theft and I am not having it.

How this place has any stars is beyond me. We made a reservation 6 months ago and the day we arrived at miami international were told there was a 2 hour wait for our car. We went outside and there was no shuttle. We waited outside for an hour and still no shuttle. We called them back and they said that our car was now a 4 hour wait and to call back in 3 hours. After reading the rest of these google reviews it seems this is the status quo for this company. We went to budget in the car rental center and had a car in 15 min. All these 1 star reviews are well earned.
