AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don't be fooled by the low prices once you go to pick up there are a bunch of hidden fees, don't bother prepaying the insurance since they will claim they received no payment and will make you pay for insurance then and there and leave it to you to get refunded for what you paid, moreover the reception person is one of the rudest customer service people I ever met I watched him argue with 2 other clients other than my self out of which all left dissatisfied

People were rude and unhelpful.  They argued when we didn’t buy their extortion insurance.   They argued when we didn’t buy their overpriced toll pass.  The car was dirty, and not well maintained.  Overall a terrible experience, especially when there are 100 other car rental places.

This has been by far the WORSE car renting experience of my life . The customer service for this company is terrible and they have ALOT of hidden fees . They charge you for mileage so it's not ideal for road trips , my booking was already paid for ($118.73) and they charged me again ($223) but couldn't explain to me what the charge was for . I also put insurance in the vehicle at time of booking but I was told to cancel it and put their insurance because if not then they would put a $1,000 hold on my card when the voucher said $350. So I was also charged $250 as the deposit.When I returned the car and was ready to pay the miles I went over I was told it takes 1-2 weeks for the charges to be applied to my card and that my deposit wouldnt be returned immediately as it stated on their website and that they would take the overages from there when the deposit was for liability only and we returned the care in perfect condition with a full tank . Nothing is explained to the customer and I was given attitude for asking questions and wanting to know about my own money. I will never rent from here again! I need this to be reviewed because it feels like a scam and as if the customer is in a loop hole the entire time

Overall I had a good experience. I researched a lot on rental cars and was prepared to fight their ways to get more money from me. They tried to have me get something called a Supplemental Liability Insurance although I had FULL COVERAGE from Allstate that covers everything. So I had to call Allstate and had them personally talk to the person at the front desk and they let me decline getting that insurance. It was funny 'cause the guy at the front desk was like, "So you still need to get this supplemental liability insurance. It's only $20, not much," like he was trying to sell me this insurance I don't need so don't get fooled by that. Also I had unlimited mileage on the rental car and I'll give him the benefit of the doubt but I tried to confirm that I had unlimited mileage and he said I didn't and I had to show him my reservation that explicitly says that I rented a car with unlimited mileage so always double check that. 

Other than that all I had to spend on top of the rental fee was a $11.99 per day toll fee since Miami now has all electronic tolls. Another way for them to get more money but couldn't dispute that since they were threatening to charge me a lot of fees if I went through a toll without the daily toll fee. 

Make sure to inspect the car with them, take pictures and have them take pictures too before you take it out of the rental shop. Mine had some nice dents and scratches so I took a lot of pics just in case they charged me for anything since you pretty much sign your life away saying that they will automatically charge your credit card for any damage. They have a free shuttle to the airport which was nice. 

They have  a pending $250 deposit which I eyed on my credit card account statement like a hawk after returning the car and getting a receipt that everything was good until it disappeared a few days later. 

As long as you prepared and researched and show yourself to know your stuff, they won't mess with you. I saw so many reviews saying these people cheated them off of money so I made sure to be prepared and not let that happen.

3 year old car (50k km) with bad breaks, very poor business ethics and service, not cheaper prices. 
Avoid at any cost. you would think you are paying more at a descent company but I assure you not, you will end up paying the same in their office, then it is too late to switch companies.
